28 Oct 2006: In Memoriam: Maarten 'Knüppelmeister' Luijsterburg 16-06-1981 - 24-10-2006 Maarten 'Knüppelmeister' played in Goddess of Desire from 25-05-2000 until 17-08-2002. His work of art can be heard on Conquerors Divine. A drummer like no other. We will miss him.

2 Mar 2006: Finally on Tour again It's been a few years since we were on tour properly. It was back in '99 when we did the Fuck the Millenium Tour as support for Sodom. It was a great tour to play and we learned a lot from this event. It definite tasted for more and it was sad it stopped already after six shows. This time we'll be on the road with Skyforger and Manegarm. I'm sure it will be a great experience, especially now with this line-up, guys from Latvia and Sweden. But it will also be a new experience for my band and crew. Back in '99 only me & Lord Arydon were there, for all the others it will be the first tour. Unfortunately we are not able to do all the shows with the Goddess girls. On the monday till thursday we'll have to do without them. That's Maribor, Ludwigsburg, Hamburg & Waltershausen. They are not able to get free from school or work and besides that there's not enough room and beds in the Nightliner tourbus. The first 4 shows and the last 2 shows we have our complete show with the females because our private Goddess Band bus will be on riding behind the Nightliner to the clubs. The show in Vosselaar will be without pyrotechs because authorities there don't allow us to use them. Instead of that we'll do something else on stage :-) I hope to meet you all and have a beer together. METAL TO THE METALS!

2 Jan 2006: Happy new Year Hello good friends Here a word from the bastard. I would like to wish you all a happy new year. This year will become a great Goddess of desire year. Why ? I tell you. There will be a new LP out (Awaken pagan gods)with a extra track on it, we gonna go on tour, and we are writing a new album( sorry i dont think it be out this year but at the shows you will hear previews). More fun , there is a new T-shirt on the way and backpatch.
